GoAnimate's Basics In Animation And Learning 1.4.3 Port

So i orignally made this port and put it on gamebanana, but it got withheld due to gamebanana's new policy in terms of ports needing permission proof now.  and tbh the port never really set well with me. it was good, but there were some unfinished stuff that i forgot to fix, so before i reuploaded it. i updated and modified some things, but anyways enough yapping and enjoy the mod ya'll. (also the rumble asset is unfinished. sorry)
